Processing time for each order is 5-7 business days, for Custom orders allow up to 2 weeks. Our representative will keep you updated on your shipment in case of any delay from our end.

Orders received on Sundays and on National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
We strive to deliver your order on time and in 100% discrete packaging.
All our items are fully insured against loss or damage in transit and require a signature on delivery.
We ship to all countries around the world except Russia because of some logistic issues.

VAT & Sale Taxes are Included in the Price
But Item may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination (Payable by customers). Contact your local authorities for more information.

NOTE:
All our shipments are carried out via Express Deliveries including DHL, FedEx, UPS, Skynet etc. We reserve the right to choose the courier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you as soon as possible.

Incase of low stock in our United Kingdom Warehouse, we ship the products directly from main workshop in Pakistan to meet the demand. Shipping time remain same.

Once we dispatch the order you will receive the tracking number on your provided email/contact number (please do check Junk/Spam folder incase you don’t find the email), you can always check the status of your order using “Track&Trace” option from our web store. To get current updates; it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company.

In case the order is put on hold by courier company due to any reason, or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer’s responsibility to contact courier company. We advise you the follow up with courier company once you are provided the tracking number.

Once your order is dispatched we can not reschedule the delivery to a different address, customer will have to contact respected courier company for further actions or a solution.

Incase of refusal to accept the delivery, flat 50% of the total order amount will be deducted as transportation/delivery charges.
